The new installations of the wine cellar were inaugurated in November 2006. The building's design is both functional and avant-gardist conceived to host different options among the wine world. It has three floors:
Floor for wine storage, divided in an area for maceration and fermentation tanks, area for barrels and bottles and area for bottling, labelling and corking.
Floor housing different areas for grapes reception, destemming machine, laboratory, offices, storage and cooling.
Floor for multifunctional purposes like wine tasting, wine culture and exhibitions, a place to organize different events
